Jump

I take a deep breath,
My eye's closed,
My heart beating softly.
I wiggle my toes to feel the dirt,
The slight smell of the lake water creeps up my nose-
I smile at the remembered times,
The fun times i had there.
I take off my glasses and put
Them next to my towl.
My heart sudenly jumps with excitement,
Scilently screaming "don't do it!"
But i take another deep breath,
And i jump. Off the cliff,
The 50 foot drop gives me a rush of excitement.
The wind rushes me-pushing me slightly,
And then its over.
And i'm in the water.
